Helping You Make Lifestyle Transitions Through Real Estate

"Karen McKnight is an exceptionally efficient professional whose deep knowledge and experience saved us heartache, guided us to good decisions, and kept us comfortable throughout the process. Beyond her professionalism, she has a great sense of humor, a warm and kind personality, and even managed to have our two year old begging for visits from her. I can’t imagine a better experience as a buyer. “Highly recommended” isn’t adequate in describing my high opinion of her.

"Karen is the Realtor you need when you are looking for someone who has lots of experience to sell your home and get it sold. She priced my home perfectly and it sold in the first weekend we put it on the market. I highly recommend Karen as a Realtor. Job well done.”"

She is amazing. She really listened to our family wants and needs and was a huge help on our relocation from so cal to Washington. She found the perfect place to rent for us. I highly highly recommend her. We will be using her when we are ready to buy a house."

Karen has outstanding knowledge of the area, the builder, neighborhoods and schools. She was always ready for a phone call or appointment and made sure we understood the buying process. If we ever move again, I’ll be calling Karen.
